Hi Friends,

Myself and a few of my neighbors are raising funds to help this sweet girl get her vaccines and other preventative care.

Please meet Mamash:

Mamash is an unhoused 2 year-old boxer who lives with her person in a tent in the park near our community dog park. Mamash is a very sweet girl and we’re trying to help her person get back on her feet.

We have the opportunity for one of our neighbors to temporarily foster Mamash if we can get a clean bill of health for her. This neighbor will allow Mamash’s person to visit Mamash whenever she wants and will make sure that Mamash isn’t adopted before her person is able to secure a stable living situation.

We’re sharing the estimate that the vet gave us for what they think Mamash will need at her visit. This number may change if they find that Mamash needs additional care. (Mamash does have a skin condition on her right flank that might need attention.)

We all know how hard things are right now. Money has never been tighter. But we really hope that if you can find a little money in your budget, you can chip in to help us cover the vet visit.

If we fundraise beyond our goal, we’ll give the extra money to Mamash’s foster so that they can use the money for food.
