My name is Ella Martinez, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to hear my mom’s story.

My mom, Amanda—lovingly known as Mama Wink—is a high school art teacher and the proud mom of three kids: me (21), Sophia (13), and Liam (12). She is the strongest, most loving, welcoming woman I know, and I’m certain anyone who’s met her would say the same.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC)—a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer that accounts for only 1–5% of all breast cancer diagnoses. This diagnosis came suddenly and has shaken our entire family, but despite this devastating news she is determined to fight. She’ll be undergoing an intensive treatment plan that includes chemotherapy, mastectomy, and radiation therapy.

The goal amount listed is the minimum needed to cover her treatments. Every donation—no matter the size—goes directly toward her care. Even $1 can make a difference in helping her fight this battle.
