If recently you've noticed the world a little quieter, your timeline lacking inspirational quotes, or you've been able to pick up a soda without being lectured it's because our mom, Carol Collins, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and has been having a hospital staycation the last couple of weeks. She has been doing everything she can to focus on getting better and getting back home, but we are still unsure of what the future holds.

Her only job right now is to rest and heal, and in the meantime we want to be able to take care of anything that might get in the way of that such as medical expenses, bills, anything that will interfere with her being able to get the best care possible and get better as quickly as possible. She has dedicated her entire life to others and especially to her family and we all know she would stop at absolutely nothing to help anyone in need, and now it's our turn! I know we can all remember a time when she had the pep talk we needed, the granola bar we didn't know we needed, or when she dropped everything to come help us through a tough time, constantly putting herself last and others first.  Somehow she has been able to not only raise 4 children of her own, on her own, but also still had the energy to cheer for every kid on every sports team in New England. Let's get her back on those sidelines, back in the community,  and back to her extraordinary self! 

At this time first and foremost we ask that you please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, and if you are able to donate anything, absolutely anything  is very much appreciated. As much as we all want to shower her with love she asks for a little space for now so she has time to rest up.  We all love her so much, let's get her better and bring her home!
