Hi, my name is Maria, but I go by Malu. I'm a 32-year-old Puerto Rican, born and raised on the island. I moved to NY for a better job and life. I was doing well for a couple of years, but recently my job has been cutting my hours, and been treated unfairly by a homophobic supervisor who i been target for two years now ,looking for a new job there for I've been struggling with making money for food and rent.
