Support Mallory's fight for Stability

My name is Mallory and I honestly don't even know what to ask for here. And I hate asking for help. If anybody knows me, they know I'm not that type of person and I would go out of my way to help somebody if I had the money.

My father passed away in February this year; it was unexpected. I spent whatever money I had saved up on his funeral. I am the only next of kin and I have been left with a property with squatters inside and no money to deal with probate. I'm trying to keep the property as I may need the income due to me having a chronic illness. I don't like asking for things but I need help. It's $15,000 just for probate and I want to make sure that I do all the forms the right way. It has taken me 7 months so far because I'm doing them incorrectly. Squatters are also destroying the property as long as they keep staying there. I can't get them out until I have legal authority through the court. This is also a family home. My grandmother owned this home before she passed it on to him.

I spent $20,000 on his funeral services and that was money I had saved up to get me through the year and so I can keep going to college and get my real estate license. Now, with all of the stress, my chronic illness has spun out of control and I am barely able to get out of bed every day. I'm sure I will get through it, but financially, I am really struggling right now. I am also trying to help my mom who doesn't have a place to live and I have two children I raise 100% without their father. I really need help! I know it's a huge amount to ask for but if anybody can pitch in in any way, in any form, it's greatly appreciated!
