Help Malcom A. Sanz funeral expenses

Hi, my name is Ademar Sanz, I am doing the unimaginable, I had to bury my son of 43 years.

 

He was a great son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend.

 

To tell you a little bit about his life, he was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic at 13. He went to college to become a chef. He was a an accomplish one at that. In his 20s he started to have eye complications linked to his diabetes. In his 30s he started to have kidney failure and started dialysis. 6 years ago he received a double transplant of panreas and kidney. His pancreas started to over produce insulin and his kidneys did not take as well as doctors wished they had. He needed both hips replaced because of the medication that he was on after the transplant ; ate away the hip bones. In his late 30s he needed both hips replaced. At 43 he required dialysis again, 6 weeks after he started treatment  he had a massive heart attack and passed away.

 

No one should have to go through all the health complications my son went through.

 

I ask that you help me with funeral costs as he was not able to obtain life insurance.
