My name is Malcolm Montgomery, founder of TheRainBowNavy LLC, a U.S.-registered social-impact hospitality initiative now being built in the Philippines. Over the last year, I have invested more than $100,000 USD of my own money into bringing this project to life — because I believe deeply in creating a platform that uplifts the LGBTQ+ community in a real, measurable, and lasting way.

That personal investment has generated enormous momentum.

Momentum I do not want to lose.

We have a working financial model, a vessel path, professional advisors, community partners, and a fully developed business plan that reinvests millions back into the LGBTQ+ community once operational.

But right now, the project is at a critical threshold.

To keep this progress moving forward — and bridge the final gap until I can either (1) launch our full Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg-CF) campaign, or (2) personally inject additional capital — I need to raise $26,000 to cover unavoidable professional and regulatory costs.

Legal formatting, disclosure review, corporate documentation, and regulatory guidance.

$3,500 — Administrative Costs

Document preparation, research, translations, outreach materials, travel, and operational needs.

These funds allow me to continue pushing forward instead of losing the momentum already built through months of groundwork, planning, and personal financial commitment.
