HELP MALAWIAN ARTISTS AFFECTED BY CYCLONE FREDDY

My name is Mbene Mwambene, an artist based in Bern, Switzerland. On behalf of Insaka Arts ( Bern) , in collaboration with Ujeni Theater ( Blantyre). we are urgently fundraising for artists in Blantyre, Malawi who have been affected by Cyclone Freddy. Most of them have lost property and /or their families.

so far more than 511 people have been reported dead. 300 missing, 563, 771 people displaced, 577 camps set, 1, 724 injured, 533 people missing, and road communication and other important public infrastructures damaged. Crops too have been washed away, creating a recipe for food shortages, not just this year but the next. Malawi is least responsible for climate change and yet the devastating effects are seriously felt. We are responsible and can do something to help.
