Hello, my name is Ruben I am a graduate student studying geology and this morning my best friend and pet (Malachite) started experiencing severe auto-immune issues and needed to be hospitalized immediately. I am being told that care may take $7000-$10000 and 3-5 days of hospitalization. As a graduate student I live paycheck to paycheck and have already put all my savings into Malachite's medical costs as of now. I have paid enough for them to hold him for 24hrs, giving me about a day to try and make up $5000.
