My name is Johanne, and I’m raising funds for Maker and his family, who are facing an unimaginable loss.

A devastating fire recently destroyed Maker’s entire mechanic shop, the place where he worked, built his livelihood, and supported his family. In a matter of moments, everything was gone. Every tool he depended on to earn a living was lost in the fire.

Maker is a skilled mechanic, and his shop held years’ worth of equipment: air tools, compressors( sorry i dont know what mechanics use haha), and all the specialized tools required to do his work properly. The total loss is estimated at over $40,000 in tools alone, all of which were destroyed in the fire.

What makes this loss even more heartbreaking is the kind of person Maker is. He is well known in his community for always helping others, especially elderly people who rely on him to keep their vehicles safe and running. Time and time again, Maker has gone out of his way to help those in need, often refusing payment or charging nothing at all when he knows someone can’t afford it.

He has never hesitated to give his time, skills, and heart to others. Now, he and his family are the ones in need of support.

Because his shop is gone, Maker has also lost his only source of income. He is now facing the overwhelming challenge of supporting his family while having no tools, no workspace, and no immediate way to return to work.

This situation has been emotionally and financially devastating. Asking for help does not come easily, but right now it is necessary.

Funds raised will go directly towards

replacing essential mechanic tools so Maker can begin working again,

covering basic living expenses for his family while he rebuilds

helping him get back on his feet as he searches for a new workspace.
