Help Makena Represent Girls' Baseball!

Hi friends and family, my name is Makena German. I am 12 years old and have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old. In addition to Little League and Club ball, I am also part of Baseball for All - an organization dedicated to building gender equality in baseball by providing girls real opportunities to play, coach and lead in this sport that I love.

Recently I was selected to be part of a Baseball For All (BFA) Ambassador Team that will travel to Costa Rica to play in an international tournament against "boys" teams from Panama, Mexico, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua & Costa Rica.

In addition to a week of baseball tournament play and cultural exchange, BFA Ambassadors will learn leadership skills that we can use to inspire and promote future generations of girls who want to play baseball. Lots of Rolling Hills Little League coaches and parents have supported me along the way and now I get a chance to pay it back and be a part of building a real future for girls' baseball.

I would be grateful if you could help me with this trip - as you can imagine, there are tournament fees, airfare, hotel, transport and other miscellaneous expenses to cover. I appreciate any support you can offer.
