Hi, my name is Chris, and I want to bring New Haven, Connecticut-style "apizza" to Los Angeles! I started this business out of my apartment with some inspiration from my dog, Ozzy, during the pandemic, and it has grown beyond the tiny confines of my Los Angeles apartment. A little backstory, I decided to finally get clean and sober in December of 2020. I started to look into the things I always wanted to accomplish in my life, and of the three things I love the most: family, comedy, and making pizza, I realized that the common theme was I just love making people feel happy.
That is where "Ozzy's Apizza" started, and this is where it's going: a fully licensed outdoor catering operation. But to achieve this goal, I need to fundraise. This GoFundMe is just the start of my fundraising operations. There will also be fundraising pop-ups throughout Los Angeles over the coming months until I can achieve the following:
- A Second Outdoor oven
- A van or truck
- Upgraded pizza equipment, including cooler storage
- Permit costs and fees
- Hiring a part time helper
For your level of donation, you will receive the following:
- $25 minimum donation-Ozzy's Apizza sticker
- $50 minimum donation-Ozzy's Apizza t shirt
- $100 minimum donation-Ozzy's Apizza sticker and one free pizza every pop up for one year
- $250 minimum donation-Ozzy’s Apizza merch package and a catered pizza party for 10 guests
