Help Save Dudley Hippodrome from Demolition

Dudley Hippodrome really needs your help.  Your donation, no matter how small, will help our campaign group fight the planned demolition of our much loved 1938 Art Deco lyric theatre building.   Funds are needed to help Dudley Hippodrome Friends and Community Group source and pay for help and advice from professionals to challenge Dudley council's plans to bulldoze our unique theatre building , designed by local man Archibald Hurley Robinson and one of the few of its kind remaining in the country.
Once plans for demolition have been stopped,  we have huge ambition for Dudley Hippodrome.  Our vision is for her to play a role in as many Dudley people's lives as possible.  She will be not just a theatre, she will be a community hub, an educational facility, a meeting place, a rehearsal and recording facility and offer concessionary opportunities for local businesses.
Dudley Hippodrome will be for EVERYONE in Dudley and beyond.  She would make a huge contribution to the well being of Dudley people, its environs and the nation at large as well as making an economic impact in the town both day and night.
Please make a donation and make our theatre of dreams a reality.  We cannot do this without YOU.
