Support Needed During Surgery Recovery

My name is Timothy Silverman, and I am about to have a surgery that will prolong my life. Looking for any and all help. I am going to be out of work without pay for 3 weeks. I am about to have gastric bypass surgery. This surgery is not elective, it is life or death. I do not qualify for FMLA or Washington paid leave. I am the sole provider for me and my fiance. I am looking for help to cover my bills while I am out of work. Any and all help will only benefit my family.
