Help make Neil stand up!

Hi everyone! My name is Neil Rosen. I was in a car accident 5 years ago, in which I sustained a spinal cord injury. I am now bound to a motorized wheelchair.

Since I got hurt, I have been unable to stretch, stand or stimulate my muscles. I must rely on others for all of these things. I've recently discovered a wheelchair that can stand one up completely vertical. Of course this would be a dream! The ability to stand up whenever I want, which I have been unable to do for the last 5 years. 


There are several medical benefits that come along with this chair. It will allow me to offload pressure from my backside, increase circulation and respiratory function throughout my body, and help the muscles with weight bearing. 

As you might imagine, it was devastating when it first happened. However, I have grown immensely as a result. Through physical and occupational therapy, I have become quite comfortable in my new body. I will never let the wheelchair prevent me from living my best life!
