Please help a very poorly Nurse ❤️
After a lot of consideration I’ve decided to try this for my Mummy.
My Mums been a nurse for the whole of her working life, starting in intensive care, being cancer services lead and managing a hospice, missing loads of important occasions and giving up a lot of time to look after people, nows my turn to look after her.
As many of you know, in 2019 Mum was investigated for cancer at the same time a ‘builder’ stole £30,000 from her, even though they knew she was being investigated for cancer and the daily struggles we as a family already faced.
In order for the build to be ‘finished’ mum put her caravan dreams aside and as usual put me and my little girl first.
At the time of the first investigations the cancer test results showed what specialists called a ‘benign cyst’ however because of covid locking down the country Mums symptoms were never re checked or followed up on, fast forward to August 2020 and mums symptoms got worse and worse so off she went once again to be checked out only this time the results were very different. In January 2021 my wonderful mummy was diagnosed with an aggressive invasive grade 3 cancer and is now undergoing an intense and very traumatic course of chemotherapy, this will be followed by an operation to try and remove the cancer and then weeks of radio therapy.
Anyone who knows my mum will know she’s been a single parent to me since I was 2 and she has fought through a huge amount for me and with me and not once has she let me down, so I am desperate to be able to get my mum the caravan of her dreams to enjoy the Cornish coast whilst she gives it her all to kick cancers butt and be able to go anywhere she possibly desires, this is something she hoped to be able to do with the money the builders stole having dreamt of traveling the Cornish coast when she retired (but very much without this horrendous disease). Now she’s so poorly it’s even more important for me to make this happen for her but I really need your help to do this, If anyone can help with anything at all we will be truly grateful. This is all completely alien to me and would never usually ask for anyone’s help like this but I will literally do anything to make my mums life long dream of traveling around the Cornish coast in her own caravan happen, it would be truly life changing for her.
