Hey there, my name is Justin and my Partner is Johanna. This little dork in the pictures is our little bundle of joy Maxwell. A few days ago we found out this little ball of sunshine has Congenital Heart Failure and isn't doing so well. The Vet told us he probably has about a year. We have had this little guy since he was a baby and fit in the palm of my hand, he is a very important part of our lives.

I am currently on Disability for a work related injury and the vet bills have been adding up, which brings me to this go fund me. We are just trying to off set the cost as best we can so we can focus on Maxwell instead of the financial hardships. So we can give this little ball of energy the best year we can.
