Those of you that know my mother know she’d never ask any of us for help. She was diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer & Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. She’s recently had surgery on both of her breasts and undergone radiation treatments to minimize the cancer cells. Because of all of the treatments, her nerves are severely damaged and cause excruciating pain. This means she is not deemed suitable to return back to her patients at work until further notice. She has been fighting everyday since February of 2021 for all of her loved ones, which includes my 7 year old little sister whom she is raising on her own. She’s doing the best she can but is struggling. Her insurance does not fully cover her on-going breast cancer procedures and her disability is not enough to cover rent and all other basic costs of living. Through all of this, we are trying to raise money to bring mom peace of mind and a longer life!
