My name is Jeremiah Ramirez. Recently, my partner and I competed in a Deka Fit which combines functional fitness and running into a competitive setting where teams compete at events all over the world. After hard training and a 3rd place finish in the Elite Men’s division in Austin, Texas, we found out that we qualified as 1 of 30 teams in the world for the world championships to compete against other teams from elite divisions in Fort Lauderdale, Florida come early December. With other races already being planned for and life in general, I am reaching out with a rough estimate on the travels costs, such as flights/hotel, for any help to make this amazing opportunity become a reality.
