Help Us Make Byron's Cancer Treatment Bearable
Donation protected

A few weeks ago, our brother Byron (21) was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer called Ewing Sarcoma.
All of this developed so unexpectedly and quickly. In the course of two weeks, he went from seeing a doctor about a weird bump in his arm to hearing the news that he has cancer. Our world turned on it's tail.
A junior at Christopher Newport University, Byron had to leave school and move back home to seek treatment. Having to drop out of class has been the most devastating because he wants to become a computer engineer and is passionate about his studies. Despite having to go through multiple surgeries and chemotherapy sessions, he is still dedicated to completing whatever classes that he can from the hospital.

Byron was urged to make a list of things that might make his long stays at the hospital and home more comfortable. Being Byron, he wished for things that were, soft and practical. From a laptop to comfy slippers to an air purifier to eliminate germs were things he wished for.
Byron is way too shy to ask for anything, but we know many of you would like to do something to brighten his day. If you were able donate just a few dollars over the next few weeks towards this campaign we could get him those things that could make this life changing event just a little more normal. We will thoughtfully use it to provide Byron with those item on his list that will help keep him healthy both physically and mentally.

The journey will be hard. The journey will be long. But it's a journey traveled by many others who have made the path just a little bit smoother for those who come behind it.
We will continue to add updates on his progress and how your support has helped him on his road to recovery.
Thank you,
Kendal, Alden and Grant Cormany
