Help Make Astoria's New Book Haven a Reality

Hello! I'm Ann Branson, owner of Look Around Books, a pop up bookstore in Astoria, Oregon. I'm a life long reader and book lover, and hope to bring that enthusiasm to our community.

Look Around Books is a family friendly store, with a curated selection, where readers of all ages can find something to read. I have a passion for kids lit, and want to help kids find books that will start them on a life-long love of reading. Our curated selection of books reflects the store values of community, inclusion, curiosity, and creativity.

Right now we're small but mighty, and we have big goals in mind, namely raising the funds to rent a storefront. With a set location we'll be able to host events, like storytimes, book clubs, and author events. It also means we can grow the selection of titles we carry, offering more variety for readers.

Astoria is a vibrant, passionate, and creative community. I hope to provide a bookstore that reflects that!
