Help Make a 12yr olds Birthday Wish Come True!

Hi Everyone,

I have an idea and I wanted to run it by my FB family & friends. It will be long, but here is the short version.

I know someone who is turning 12 in September. They have physical, visual and total hearing impairment. They are asking for their first iPad for their birthday and it is not in their caregiver's budget. That's where I and hopefully we come in. I'm asking my friends and family IF they can afford it to send $12 (they are turning 12 years old) or more or less so we can try to make this very deserving child's birthday wish come true 1️⃣2️⃣

They are not poor, their townhouse is beautiful, they have toys, clothes and have a tablet ( I can't remember the name brand), and an android phone that was passed down to them. They are supposed to share devices but that can be a struggle.

The young lady has had a rough start to life, she is completely deaf, has cochlear implants in both sides of her head to hear, vision impairment, on the spectrum, severe scoliosis- and has to wear a heavy sweaty back brace besides to sleep.

Her 12th birthday is coming up and her Gigi (who has been raising her and her little sister alone since their Mom passed in 2021) is trying to figure out a way to finance an iPad for her birthday in September!

Having an iPad for this girl will be life changing. She can use it and it has the ability to connect directly to her cochlear implants can connect to automatically, she would be able to change the color and look of the screen so she can see it nice and crisp because it is also user friendly for the visually impaired. She loves art work, drawing and sketching. I would love to help her Gigi make this possible for her 12th birthday.

ALL money raised will go to a gift card to wherever Gigi is going to finance the iPad or if we raise enough to the Apple Store to buy it.

If she had her own iPad set up just for her it would mean the world to her.
