My dog Major is in urgent need of help. He has become severely matted, and the only way for him to be safely shaved is to be put to sleep for the procedure. Right now, he’s very uncomfortable, and it breaks my heart to see him like this. I want to do everything I can to make sure he gets the care he needs, but I can’t do it alone.
