As most of you know, my sweet niece Maisie was born on 11/16. My sister had an uncomplicated pregnancy and birth and left the hospital with a healthy baby. A couple of weeks later, they were called with devastating news that Maisie has a rare genetic disorder that causes a buildup of sugar molecules in the body. Maisie has been receiving weekly treatments at CHOP, but she needs a bone marrow transplant. The transplant requires a lengthy hospital stay. Maisie will be immunocompromised after treatment from chemotherapy, so Madison will continue to stay home with her until she builds up an immune system. I'm hoping to raise enough money for Sean and Madison so that they can worry less about bills and more about Maisie. Thank you for reading ❤️
