On Friday, September 27, 2024, at 5 AM, Hurricane Helene wiped out everything I have ever worked for. My house, truck, and 20 trees fell on the property, with 4 of them hitting the house and garage. My 15-year-old and 14-year-old dogs and I are safe. It will be a long road before the house is livable. 1st goal is to get trees cleared from the driveway so I can try and save some personal belongings. My life will never be the same, but I will see my family and friends again! Plus, I was able to celebrate on September 30th, my 45th birthday!! I can truly say it was the best one ever. I'm alive.
