Help maintain Dot's health from injury and chronic illness

My name is Lis and this is my cat and lifelong best friend Dot. She has been diagnosed with kidney disease for about a year and a half now. She also has arthritis.

Recently, an accident happened where another cat played too rough and injured her leg. Meanwhile, she also developed an ear infection. And she's been depressed, hurt, and tired, staying in her carrier more than anywhere else. That made her appetite levels worse, and thus, she wasn't eating her kidney-safe food. She also suffered a seizure, which I immediately brought her to the hospital for.

All of this left her unable to walk on her own for a while. She's only just getting back to being mobile. She's coming back to her snappy self. She's getting there. I just don't know how much time I have left with her.

That has left me and my family heartbroken and spent as we worked together to save Dot's life and keep it all afloat. And unfortunately, it's cost a lot. It hurts right now, emotionally and financially.
