Road Repair Fundraiser for Aerial Paragliding

Story

At Aerial Paragliding, the sky isn’t the limit — it’s just the beginning. Nestled in the stunning landscape of Eastern Washington, our school has introduced countless adventurers to the freedom of flight. For over 25 years, we’ve been a launchpad for dreamers, thrill-seekers, and nature lovers. But now, we need your help to keep the path to the skies accessible and safe. The Challenge: Our only access road — a 1.5 mile Forest Service road leading to the ranch — has taken a beating from years of use and harsh seasonal weather. Deep ruts, washouts, and erosion are making it increasingly difficult for students, instructors, and support vehicles to reach the site. Why It Matters: Maintaining safe, reliable and comfortable access to our launch site is vital for continuing lessons, supporting visiting pilots, and hosting community events. The school not only teaches paragliding — it changes lives, fosters environmental appreciation, and builds a close-knit community of flyers from across the country. Our Goal: We’re aiming to raise $5,000 to cover: • Grading and gravel for a safer, more durable road surface • Drainage improvements to reduce future erosion • Equipment rental, material and labor costs Every dollar you contribute goes directly to making the road great again — ensuring that no student or visitor is ever turned away because of road conditions. How You Can Help: If you’ve ever felt the joy of flight, the peace of soaring over a quiet valley, or the thrill of chasing thermals into the blue — you know how important it is to protect access to this incredible experience. Even if you haven't flown yet, you can help others reach those moments of magic. Donate what you can Share this campaign with your network Help us spread the word — and keep the dream of flight alive for years to come Thank you for lifting us up — both on the ground and in the sky.
