In April, I experienced one of the scariest car accidents in my life this month. While trying to avert another person's car crash from their blind spot lane change, my car ends up in a 3-car pile-up on highway 85 N.,

All I could think of was how was I now going to be able to go pick up my daughter from school so she wouldn't feel like the last kid at pick up; but the ambulance took me to the hospital instead.

Needless to say, an aggressive officer did not help make the situation any better. The dynamic of how some men in authority treat women when they appear helpless should definitely be a case study and how officer's write up accidents should be met with new laws and policies passed. I am grateful for the paramedic who intervened during the officer's inappropriate behavior, and I give God much gratitude that the other drivers were okay physically and witnesses were able to attest and help me out of the car.

Unfortunately, now I have to restart my life, AGAIN! As a single mom in real estate, we know the car is our bread & butter; especially when I was supposed to start a new law firm job next week and secure my child's summer care since school is almost over versus relying only on this real estate market. I was ready to just get a new 9-5 job but now I can barely move out of bed with this collar brace. Feels like this life pattern keeps circling for me every time God is about to bless me with a new season of life.

Instead, now I am faced with total loss car, back/neck pain, and a burned thigh because of the airbags. Once the insurance totals out the car, I won't have nothing left, absolutely nothing! That fear of being reduced back to nothing is unimaginable!

I genuinely and humbly ask if you, in reading this, to please make a donation please. Getting my life back together AGAIN and recovering from this accident is a very traumatic, let alone having to map out what the recovery and restoration plan will even look like...
