Thank you for taking the time to be here. This video was recorded after finishing chemo — at a moment where I was finally able to enjoy a little bit of life again: organizing, doing some work, spending time outside.

and surfing..

But now… things are shifting again.

I have a mastectomy coming up — and this truthfully scares me more than chemo did.

I’m someone who is always active, always doing something — but after surgery, I’ll be in bed for a while.

No cooking. No cleaning. No organizing. No work.

I honestly don’t know how long recovery will take, and that uncertainty is terrifying.

My husband is still not well and will need surgery of his own too,

so I don’t want him to carry all the weight.

That’s why I’m asking again — for your support. Whether it’s financial support, help with meals, or simply sending love and prayers —

it all means the world to me.

A dear friend of mine created a Meal Train page for me, where meals can be delivered straight to my door.

That kind of support will help me get through the toughest part — the first few weeks of recovery.

This isn’t the end of my journey.

After the mastectomy, I’ve been told there will be two more surgeries for reconstruction, if I choose to go forward.

I’ll also be continuing treatment with my oncologist for at least another year.

It feels like everything should be over now,

but in reality — I still need to climb a few more mountains.

ですが、今は状況が変わり、これから**乳房切除手術（乳がんの手術）**を受けることが決まりました。

正直に言うと、この手術は抗がん剤よりも怖いです。私は普段とてもアクティブで、料理をしたり、片づけをしたり、動いているのが当たり前。でも手術後は、ベッドで安静に過ごす必要があり、どのくらいの期間動けなくなるか分かりません。

夫もまだ体調が悪く、将来的に手術が必要です。だから、夫にすべての負担をかけるわけにはいかないと思っています。

そこで、みなさんにもう一度、サポートのお願いをさせてください。

金銭的な支援、食事の差し入れや温かい励ましの言葉も、本当に心の支えになります。
