Help Mahmoud to evacuate from Gaza to continue education

Donation protected
Hi,

This is Hadi Abudaya and its my second Go Fund Me campaign to help my family in Gaza. I want to clarify that I won't be writing on behalf of my cousin Mahmoud. Instead, I'll let him share his story and situation directly.

"
In the word "top" there is something that tells you to get up... Mahmoud Abu Hamam, 20 years old, third-year student at the College of Engineering and Information Technology.

On the afternoon of October 7, we were forced to leave our house after the occupation bombing the house next to us, This caused the cut of electricity and internet services in our area. So , We went to my brother’s house in the Al-Nasr neighborhood. We spent^ nearly a month there under ^barbaric bombardment until the neighborhood was threatened with evacuation .We went to Al-Shifa Hospital, but we did not stay there long until the occupation stormed the hospital. We were then forced to go to my uncle’s house in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, but life there was non-existent due to the lack of any means of life, such as water, electricity, etc. So we were forced after two days from the siege and fierce battles. we went to the south of the Gaza Strip (Khan Yunis) to my aunt’s house in Hamad Towers. We stayed there for about a month, Until the occupation began its invasion of the city of Khan Yunis, we were forced to evacuate from Hamad Towers heading to the city of Rafah, and here we have been there for nearly 5 months, suffering what our people are suffering from, the difficulty of accessing water, electricity, and all life services. Life is not available here. The features of the city have completely changed. Universities were bombed and there is no longer education. I lost my job as a freelancer due to the lack of internet , i lost my home office and all my summaries and my laptop , Now All I want is to save the amount of travel that has cost $5,000-$7,000 USD and look for an opportunity to complete my university studies in Egypt.

I hope that the required amount will be achieved and a safe passage will be provided for me to complete my studies and my life

Thank you so much for reading my request

This is the complete message from Mahmoud. $7,000 USD is equivalent to $9,623.78 in today's conversion.

I'll leave you with some pictures which Mahmoud shared with me and you can relate in his story.
