Help Mahmoud Fight Colon Cancer

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to ask for your help in supporting Mahmoud Bangura, the brother of my close friend and roommate, Mohamed. Mahmoud has been bravely battling colon cancer for over 8 months. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy treatments have not worked as hoped, and his condition now requires urgent surgery to give him a real chance at recovery.

Mahmoud is currently in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where access to proper medical care is limited and expensive. Mohamed is doing everything he can....working 15-hour shifts and sending what he can,but the costs are overwhelming for one person to carry alone.

That’s why I created this fundraiser. We’re humbly asking for your support. Any amount,$1, $5, $10, etc makes a difference. All donations will go directly toward Mahmoud’s surgery and care.

These battles are never easy, but with love, prayers, and community support, we believe there is hope. We are trusting in God and in the kindness of others to help Mahmoud through this.

Ayuda a Mahmoud a Luchar Contra el Cáncer de Colon

Hola a todos,

Estoy pidiendo su ayuda para apoyar a Mahmoud Bangura, el hermano de mi amigo cercano y compañero de cuarto, Mohamed. Mahmoud ha estado luchando valientemente contra el cáncer de colon por más de 8 meses. Lamentablemente, las quimioterapias no han funcionado como se esperaba y ahora necesita una cirugía urgente para tener una verdadera oportunidad de recuperación.

Mahmoud está actualmente en Freetown, Sierra Leona, donde el acceso a atención médica adecuada es limitado y costoso. Mohamed está haciendo todo lo posible...trabajando turnos de más de 15 horas y enviando lo que puede, pero los gastos son demasiado para una sola persona.
