Help Mahmoud

Gaza has been catastrophically let down by the international community. Over two million people have been left in famine, having watching their loved ones being murdered, and desperately trying to raise money online in order to flee for their lives. I know there are countless campaigns from Gaza right now, but please read on - even if you can't donate anything there is strategy tip below, so you can still really help this campaign (and you can do it for other fundraisers as well, to make a difference even if you can't donate). #savegaza. My name is Dan Garcia. I am from the United States and I am raising money to help my friend Mahmoud Hosny Abureada and his family survive. Your donation will help buy them food, water, and shelter while they are displaced. If and when evacuation is possible they will evacuate. I communicate with Mahmoud daily and the situation in Rafah is deadly. Mahmoud fears for his life and those of his family and they just need to get out of harm's way. Mahmoud’s sister Yara is 18 years old. Most of her friends have made it to safety in Egypt and have registered to finish their school exams there. Yara just wishes to do the same so she can study to be a pharmacist, and help people. Even whilst facing danger herself she hasn’t lost sight of wanting to help other people. Even in a warzone she is thinking of others. We need to protect these dreams and make them happen.
