My name is Mahmood Nusar. I am 18 years old, and I am reaching out for your help during one of the most difficult times in my life.

I am currently suffering from severe stiffness in my foot joint (a condition known medically as tayabuss fee mafsal al-qadam). This condition has made it extremely painful and nearly impossible for me to walk. Simple tasks like standing up, going to school, or even leaving the house have become a daily struggle.

Doctors have told me that the only way to restore mobility and relieve the pain is through urgent surgery. Without it, I may lose the ability to walk permanently.
