Under Seige: Help a Family Survive Gaza

This is a campaign for Maha Khalled Al-Najjar and her 12 family members in Gaza, who like so many, have suffered beyond measure since October 7th 2023.

She and her family have faced starvation, bombing, countless days and nights of terror, losing family, friends, and their home.

The goal of this campaign is to raise the very necessary funds to survive. These include expenses that are occuring due to necessary medical treatment, food and services that are severely lacking within Gaza, or the prices are extremely inflated.

Maha has shared with us many things she is passionate about including technology, photography, reading fantasy books next to the ocean, and spending time with friends and family. On her social media you can see images of her life before the war, which is in stark contrast to the reality she now faces.

A message from her: "Before the war, I had finished my high school studies and got an average of 94.4%. I enrolled at the University to complete my studies to specialize in mobile computing and smart phones. When I started studying, the war came and destroyed my studying journey, my home, my University, and anything is left that we know in Gaza. I want to save myself and my family from war and bombing. Please help me."

This campaign is a collaborative effort of two young people who Maha contacted via social media. The universe brought Maha to us to help, and it is our mission to help her and her family. We know that this is a terrible time for so many, so anything you can do to help share or donate is most appreciated. We stand strong together.

هذه حملة لمها خالد النجار وأفراد عائلتها الـ12 في غزة، الذين عانوا، مثل الكثيرين، بشكل لا يوصف منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023.

لقد واجهت هي وعائلتها المجاعة والقصف وأيام وليالٍ لا حصر لها من الرعب، وفقدوا العائلة والأصدقاء ومنزلهم.

الهدف من هذه الحملة هو جمع الأموال اللازمة للبقاء على قيد الحياة. وتشمل هذه النفقات التي تحدث بسبب العلاج الطبي الضروري والغذاء والخدمات التي تعاني من نقص حاد في غزة، أو الأسعار المتضخمة للغاية.

شاركت مها معنا العديد من الأشياء التي تحبها بما في ذلك التكنولوجيا والتصوير الفوتوغرافي وقراءة الكتب الخيالية بجوار المحيط وقضاء الوقت مع الأصدقاء والعائلة. يمكنك أن ترى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بها صورًا لحياتها قبل الحرب، وهو ما يتناقض بشكل صارخ مع الواقع الذي تواجهه الآن.

رسالة منها: "قبل الحرب كنت قد أنهيت دراستي الثانوية وحصلت على معدل 94.4%، والتحقت بالجامعة لإكمال دراستي في تخصص الحوسبة المتنقلة والهواتف الذكية. وعندما بدأت الدراسة كانت الحرب جاء ودمر رحلتي الدراسية، وبيتي، وجامعتي، ولم يبق أي شيء نعرفه في غزة. أريد أن أنقذ نفسي وعائلتي من الحرب والقصف. أرجوكم ساعدوني.

هذه الحملة هي جهد تعاوني لشابين تواصلت معهما مها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. لقد جلب الكون مها إلينا لنساعدها، ومهمتنا هي مساعدتها وعائلتها. نحن نعلم أن هذا وقت عصيب بالنسبة للكثيرين، لذا فإن أي شيء يمكنك القيام به للمساعدة في المشاركة أو التبرع هو موضع تقدير كبير. نحن نقف أقوياء معًا.
