It’s with shattered hearts that we share the sudden and devastating loss of our beloved Maggie Larimer-Atkins. Her passing was unexpected and has left a deep, painful void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved her especially her husband and children, who were her entire world.

Maggie was truly one of a kind. She had a light in her that could brighten the darkest room, and a spirit that lifted up everyone lucky enough to know her. She didn’t just smile she glowed. She loved hard, laughed freely, and always, always saw the good in people, even when life was hard. Her positivity wasn’t just something you noticed it was something you felt.

But more than anything, she was a mother. A devoted, selfless, fiercely loving mother. Her children were her heart, and she poured every ounce of her being into making sure they felt safe, loved, and supported. Everything she did every sacrifice, every late night practice, every deep breath she took on hard days was for them.

Now, they are facing the unimaginable, a world without their mom. We cannot take away their pain, but we can wrap them in love and support in the same way she would have for any of us. "Family is who you chose to love" is something she often said and was also something she practiced daily. She truly made each person feel like they mattered and if she chose to love you you were family.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral costs, support her children’s care and needs, and ease the financial stress her family is now carrying. No child should have to face a future without their parent, and no family should have to go through this heartbreak alone.
