Help Maggie Run Again: Support Her Surgeries

Hey guys! Miss Maggie here asking for some help. If you know me, you know I didn’t have the best start to life, but I was adopted by this crazy runner girl who started taking me running with her. At first, I wasn’t sure, but then I fell in love with running and made a ton of new friends while doing it! Now a lot of people don’t know my mom’s name is Jodi…they think it’s Maggie’s mom! If you know her, she hates asking for help so I’m going to do it for her.

You see, since I’m such an active girl I need to run. My mom noticed me limping and took me to the vet who said I tore my ACL in my left leg and would need surgery. My mom was shocked, but set up an appointment with a vet specialist to talk about surgery. To everyone’s surprise, I didn’t just tear one ACL…I tore both ACL’s and am going to cost my mom $7000 to fix me ‍♀️. The doctor said once I have my surgeries done I will be able to get back to the thing I love doing the most which is running with my mom and all of the friends I’ve made while running! I hate not being able to see all my friends right now and am asking for help with the cost of my surgery to get me back to seeing my friends!

If you know anything about Jodi, you know that it kills her having to ask for help, but she really wants to get me back running with her. It is killing her to see me so sad when she leaves the house. Thank you for your time, and I can’t wait to see you all again soon!!
