Help Maggie pay for hearing aids!

Hello! For those who may or may not know me, my name Maggie. This is weird for me to come on here because it's hard to ask for help and even more difficult to ask for money. Recently I was diagnosed with hearing loss. Unfortunately what comes with that is tinnitus which I've had for many years, but has gotten worse. Along with the constant ringing in my ears, having to repeat "What?" 100 times on a daily basis or not hearing someone altogether gets frustrating. The doctor said that I could benefit from hearing aids because they have tinnitus maskers as well as personalizing the sound around me a bit more so I can feel like my hearing is back to what normal should be. But as you know, this comes as a hefty price. It is about $4,000 for the hearing aids and I'm going to cover half and hoping to raise the other half if possible.
