Help Maggie Overcome Her Medical Emergency

Hi guys- Maggie is my dog that I rescued from a puppy mill situation. Since I adopted her she has become my best friend and everyone’s favorite dog. She is the sweetest dog I have ever met despite what she has gone through. When I adopted her she had been close to death with a septic infection from living on an Amish farm in a terrible situation. She is currently at the emergency vet dealing with a blockage in her stomach. She is currently admitted into the hospital. Her hospital stay is going to be 4,000 and I am already upwards of 1500 deep in emergency visits. If surgery is needed I was quoted 8-12,000 from the emergency vet. She is only 3 and is as happy as a clam all the time in her new life. She loves walks, swimming, the barn, and specifically her lamb toy.

I really appreciate any help. surgery will be out of my reach and I am out of options. Thank you in advance.
