Hi, I’m Maggie Koerner (rhymes w/ Turner ). I was born and raised in Shreveport (Upstate) Louisiana, & I've been blessed to call New Orleans home since 2011.

I’ve had some incredible opportunities to meet, collaborate, play music & now act with so many talented musicians, friends and heroes throughout my career who continue to inspire me. I’m endlessly grateful for all of the vibrant and inclusive communities that have held space for me over the years and supported my creative spirits.

From 2013 to 2015, I had the opportunity to co-write 2 singles & be the lead singer for Galactic. Then I collaborated with Fink on the EP Dig Down Deep (2016). I’ve released three full-length albums independently—Quarter Life (2011), Neutral Ground (2013), and The Bartholomew Songs (2022).

Most recently, Naughty Professor released a single co-written & performed by me called “Wings to Fly” (2024). I will release my version of "O Holy Night" later this month, & I will release a 2-song EP co-written & produced by David Shaw (The Revivalists) in early 2025. I also starred in a film titled “Heart Strings” coming out 2025.
