Our good friend Magdalena's family is in trouble. Her nephew, José Antonio Martinez (age 35), needs emergency surgery after a horrible car accident in Mexico last night. The family has no insurance and the surgery will cost $15,500 dollars to save his life. Any donation, big or small, would be a huge help.
