Help Magali Secure Legal Support for Safety

Hi everybody , I'm "coming out of the closet"

I have been in an abusive relationship that got progressively worst for the last 10 years.

on Dec 30th 2024, in this terrifying evening,

I was assaulted by my husband who took my phone and destroyed it completely cutting me off from any contact.

I had to take my daughter and run out the window to the neighbors house to call 911.

He was arrested and released with a restraining order for my protection.

Since then he did everything in his power to cut me off from every resources.

For your reassurance, I am still at our house and he is somewhere else, so we at least have a roof over our head and we are relatively safe with the restraining orders.

Every bank account and credit card were under his name. The only credit card I had with my name on, that was tied to our amazon account he disconnected. This was my main way of accessing groceries at the moment for my daughter, me and our 3 dogs, as I do not own a car either.

The join bank account we have never had anything in it, so I basically have access to nothing money wise .

He wants to take everything from me including my daughter.

I humbly ask for people contributions so I can get access to a proper lawyer to represent me through the divorce proceedings.

He and his family have money, he is being represented by an aggressive lawyer and they are trying to intimidate me as they know I do not have access to any income, as I have been a homemaker/homeschooling and dependent on him for the last 9 years, since moving from Canada to USA to be with him.

I am omitting details and being vague on purpose to protect me and my daughter.

For anyone who knows me and know how dedicated a mom I have been since the day I learned I was pregnant.

How deeply I care for her and how close and connected me and my daughter are.

I really need help so we can be safe from him.
