Support Mae and Her Family

Many of you know Mae Tolentino, our Chief Accountant at Hyatt Regency La Jolla. Mae has been a pillar of dependability, strength and kindness throughout her many years with us. Unfortunate circumstances have stuck her family and we have set up this GoFundMe to help her in any way that we can. Mae’s husband, Al, has been diagnosed with stage IV cancer. His cancer has an unknown primary, which means the doctors do not know where it originated and this has caused difficulties in trying to find successful ways to fight it. It has metastasized to his liver and his prognosis is not optimistic. Al has been placed on hospice care and Mae and her family are hoping to keep him comfortable and happy. As you can imagine, the medical bills continue coming in and Mae will have a lot on her plate caring for her three children and her father. We are hoping to help in any way that we can and know that her Hyatt family feels the same as many of you have asked how you can help already. All donations will go to Mae.
