On June 15th, I, Madison Scott, fainted and fell face first on a solid wood shelf. I was in the kitchen that day looking for food. I began to feel lightheaded so I walked from the kitchen to sit down in the dining room. I sat down for a minute or so before I concluded I should lay down. From what people around me have told me, I began to walk from the dining room to the living room (about 15 feet) and fainted while walking. I do not recall anything after standing up from the dining room table. According to people who witnessed it I had been passed out only for about 30 seconds until I regained consciousness. The first thing I recall hearing after I woke up was loud ringing and seeing black. I had no recollection of what had happened or how I ended up across the room. It took a couple minutes for me to realize I was missing my teeth and that I was seriously injured.

With this gofundme I would like to raise money to cover the medical procedure to replace my teeth. My Medicaid plan has covered the majority of the first procedure with the impanting of cadaver bone. The second procedure will not be covered as I will no longer have Medicaid after my birthday this monday (June 21st).
