Our sweet rescue dog needs an urgent ear surgery, called a TECA-BO.

We adopted Madeline in 2022 after she and 150 other dogs were found living in deplorable conditions in a puppy mill in Central California.

Despite the abuse and neglect she was born into and endured for her first two years of life, Madeline is such a tender hearted and special dog.

Unfortunately, her ongoing health issues have spiraled since March of this year and she has been in terrible pain. After many vet and specialist visits, x rays, medications, a CT scan and thousand of dollars spent the consensus reached by our regular vet, dermatologist and a surgeon is that an ear surgery is the only option we have left.

This is not the outcome we were hoping for, but we are determined to help this girl who has brought so much to our family.

We are reaching out to the broader community to ask for assistance in funding this wildly expensive procedure and help our dog before this problem becomes neurological and, ultimately, fatal.
