Help Marisol "Maddy" Zendejas on Her Road to Recovery

As many of you may know, my sister-in-law, First Lady Marisol "Maddy" Zendejas, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer several months ago. It has been a trying and hard-fought journey, but through it all, we know God has been with her every step of the way.

On Monday, May 26th, Maddy underwent an almost 6-hour operation in which, with the guidance of our Lord and Savior, the surgeons successfully removed the cancerous area in her body. All honor and glory to God! We know that it was only by the prayers of the body of Christ.

Prior to surgery, an excessive amount of medical bills accumulated from countless doctor visits, specialist consultations, testing, traveling, and medication. Unfortunately, the amount will only grow as Maddy continues on the road to total recovery. She will continue to follow up with her doctors and specialists, receive ongoing testing, and continue receiving treatments.

The family has received many calls, texts, and messages asking, "How can we help?" For this purpose, I have created this GoFundMe account. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated.

We are thankful for the prayers and love everyone has shown to the family throughout this process, and we ask that you continue to pray for Maddy, Mando, and their family as the healing and recovery process continues.
