Help Maddy get a vehicle

My friend was recently a victim of arson and her vehicle was totalled due to the fire. The insurance companies will not cover any damage to her car and she cannot afford to buy another and she can only work part time while she is in college. Lack of transportation could mean losing her job, which also jeopardizes her living situation.
