Help Maddie Start Her SLP Career!

Hi everyone! As I start my career as an SLP, there are a couple of things that I could really use any help possible with!

Many people don’t know that SLPs can specialize in areas like pediatric feeding therapy, which is what I plan to do after discovering a strong passion for it while working in the NICU last semester! With that comes a lot more outside education and training than what is offered during graduate school. There is a continuing education course available that would be extremely beneficial to my knowledge and ability to specialize in feeding therapy. While I have received a partial scholarship, I still would owe $500. Any help at all in covering this cost as I transition between graduating and working later this summer would be very very appreciated!!

I also will be working as a community based SLP. So, I will be providing speech therapy in homes, daycares, ABA centers, etc. That means I will need to have my own set of materials/toys to bring to these different places.

I would greatly appreciate any help at all in helping me pay for this feeding therapy course and in helping me be able to build a set of toys and materials for therapy!!
