I am raising money for my daughter. She is turning 18 in a few months and wants to have her mother's remains exhumed for cremation. Her mother and I weren't married so I had no say in where her remains were placed.

Her former grandfather and father of her mother is incarcerated in prison right now for molesting her 4-and-a-half-year-old cousin (his other granddaughter). Maddie lost her mom when she was 6 months old to a fatal car accident. She was buried in the cemetery where her former grandfather has the plot right next to her.

When Maddie received the news of this horrible crime, she was sick to her stomach and asked me to please help her do this. I contacted the funeral home and Maddie has to wait till she is 18 to legally do this. This was 2 years ago and she will be 18 in a few months. 100% of this money will go to the funeral home to have her mother exhumed and cremated. We are $3,100 short and I would love to be able to give this gift to my daughter. She doesn't want her mother's final resting place to be next to a child molester.
