Hello, I’m Maddie and I have been working on getting myself a service dog for months now. I live with several debilitating mental illnesses including bipolar disorder, adhd, and ptsd. My struggles have been vast and continuous, and I truly believe that a service dog can help me in a way that medicine and therapy alone have not been able to. I have been matched with a golden retriever named Rio, and all of the proceeds of this fundraiser will go towards his intensive training. I would appreciate any contribution to this cause, no matter how small, as it will enable me to live a quality of life I haven’t been able to achieve before.
