My best friends son Madden has recently been diagnosed with Epilepsy and is experiencing Atonic seizures. While they have started new medications to manage his condition, his parents Cameron and Bianca want to take an additional step to help improve his quality of life. I want to raise funds to help them get Madden a service dog that will be specifically trained to assist him with his epilepsy.
This incredible animal will not only provide emotional support and companionship but also help keep Madden safe during seizures, alert them and others nearby, and even retrieve medications or other essential items. A well-trained service dog can make a world of difference for individuals with epilepsy and their families.
Although they have drug coverage for Madden's medications, there is a co-pay that adds to the family expenses. Your generous donations will help them to cover the costs of finding the perfect dog, as well as the necessary training and certification required for the animal to become a service dog, and assist with the medication co-pay.
We greatly appreciate any amount you can contribute. Thank you for your support and for helping to make a difference in Madden's life!
